# KubeBoat 2027

> KubeBoat is a sunset catamaran cruise and private waterfront party in Barcelona on Sunday 14 March 2027, the night before KubeCon Europe 2027 opens. 300 engineers, architects and technology decision makers board a catamaran, watch the sun set over the Mediterranean, and step off the boat directly into a private reception at the Sea Garden, Marina Port Vell.

## The evening

- 17:45 Boarding. Drassanes, Port Vell. Find your crew, grab a drink.
- 18:15 Cast off. One hour on the water, open bar and snacks throughout.
- 18:56 Sunset. Barcelona from the water, golden hour on both decks.
- 19:00 Waterfront reception opens. Drinks and Spanish tapas at the Sea Garden, Marina Port Vell.
- 19:15 Docking. The boat docks at the venue. 200 people walk straight in.
- 20:15 Paella. Live showcooking, drinks, music at conversation level.
- 23:00 Close. Harbor lights out. See you at KubeCon tomorrow.

## Tickets

Two ticket types, both EUR 20:

- Boat + Party Ticket: seat on the sunset cruise (boarding 17:45 at Drassanes, open bar and snacks aboard) plus the waterfront party at the Sea Garden until 23:00.
- Party Only Ticket: the waterfront party at the Sea Garden, Marina Port Vell, from 19:00 to 23:00, with drinks, Spanish tapas and live paella cooking.

The EUR 20 is a no-show deposit, not a ticket price. Seats are limited, so a small deposit keeps the guest list honest. Guests who attend are refunded in full after the event.
